Hello friends,

I am new in networking.I have a doubt can u please tell me.
when a host moves from one physical network to another, does its physical address
changes??

If yes then why because MAC should not change as it is for NIC card and
if No then why we can't use DHCP instead of BOOTP ? :?

Verify the network connection is working between your one computer and the router. To do this, you must confirmed that the computer has received IP address information from the router. See How to Find IP Addresses for a description of this process..........

No you cannot change the physical address because in the networking you are linked to the Mac Address and the Mac is the permanent address of the computer system

In networking you can change the address with the help of pointer that you have used to assign addresses to the data. Simply change the pointer value.
